Set up

To set up with Aircall, you need an Aircall API ID and API Token.

To create them:

Log in to the Aircall Dashboard as an Admin.
Go to Integrations & API, then API Keys.
Click Generate an API key.
Copy the API ID and API Token.

Source setup

In the API ID field enter:

<api_id>

In the API Token field enter:

<api_token>

When you add the API ID and Token you can test the connection against Aircall before saving.

Limitations

Calls are not incremental
Aircall does not provide an update timestamp for calls, so the Calls report reloads the whole backfill period on every run. Use the Drop, Create, Load or Truncate, Load load method. Append will duplicate rows on every run.

Call history
Aircall's API only returns around the last 6 months of calls. Choosing a longer backfill period will not return older calls. Contact Aircall support for older exports.

10,000 record limit on Calls and Contacts
Aircall returns at most 10,000 Calls or Contacts per query. If a backfill period contains more than that, use the Calls - Historical or Contacts - Historical report and pick a start and end date range that holds fewer than 10,000 records. Run it again with the next date range until you have covered the full period.

Rate limit
Aircall allows 120 API requests per minute per company, It is advised to run extracts at separate schedule to avoid 429 errors.
