Resetting a User Password

Asking Kleene to support a request of this nature will require sign off from your designated Kleene Account Admin provided in writing to your CS manager.

Permissions

Only Admins may reset user passwords within Kleene. If you are using Single Sign On please refer to your internal team managing your Single Sign On as the Kleene app does not directly manage credentials.

How to

Access the App settings screen in the Kleene app and navigate to the Users section as shown below:


Next to each user please find the "Change Password" button as shown below


clicking this button will allow you to override the password for this user.
