Set up
To create a source for the SevenRooms connector you will need the below information
- Venue Group ID
- Client ID
- Client Secret
- Base URL
Please get in touch with your SevenRooms representative if you need assistance obtaining the above.
Also, please ensure you are using credentials with the appropriate permissions (Access to search/export payment charges & Access to search/export clients).

Limitations
Period length selection for
ProgramsreportWhen selecting start and end dates for the
Programsreport the API can experience failures if the dates are too far apart. We suggest you do not have a period longer than one year when setting up an extract.
